The shares or matured deposits which are in dispute and company rejects the claim, the same can be recovered by approaching to National Company Law Tribunal. In case where comapny does not acknowledge the share transfer the authority shall be approcahed within two months of the rejection received in written. Any delay in filling the claim with the tribunal can be resolved by obtaining the condonation of delay order. The dispute can be resolved amicably for share transfer via arbitration proceeding within the investors and if the dispute is still not resolved the investor can file the claim with NCLT to obtain order for share transfer by the company where investments are blocked.
