There are two types of Debentures that is Convertible Debentures into Equity Shares or Non Convertible Debentures. Both can be unclaimed in case of orginal debenture holder is deceased or change in address of the Debenture Holder. The unclaimed debentures can be recovered from IEPF or Registrar Transfer Agent as applicable on submission of requisite documents to the department.
